- Job application information: resume details, work history, certifications, and contact information submitted when applying for a position (see Section 7).

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers (such as Google Analytics and Google Ads) may automatically collect:

- Pages visited, time spent on the Site, and the referring website

7. Job Applicant Information
Information you submit through our Careers pages or otherwise in connection with a job application — including your resume, work history, certifications, and references — is used solely for recruitment purposes: evaluating your qualifications, communicating with you about openings, and completing pre-employment steps such as background checks and verification of eligibility to work in the United States (conducted with your authorization and in accordance with applicable law, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act where it applies).

8. Data Retention

When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete it or render it anonymous.
9. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including SSL/TLS encryption in transit and secure, professionally managed web hosting. Access to personal information is limited to personnel who need it to perform their roles.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information (such as government ID or financial account numbers) through our website forms.
10. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:

11. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because there is not yet a common industry standard for recognizing DNT signals, the Site does not currently respond to them. You can still control tracking through the cookie and advertising choices described in Sections 4 and 5.
12. Third-Party Websites
The Site contains links to third-party websites and platforms, including our pages on LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram, and the websites of our strategic technology partners. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.
13. Children's Privacy
The Site is a business-to-business website intended for a general adult audience. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

The Site is operated from the United States and is intended for users located in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
