One partner from concept to startup: engineer, build, install.
J+H Automation Solutions delivers complete automation systems as a single accountable source. System layout and simulation, mechanical and controls design, project management from day one, fabrication and run-off in our Hackett, Arkansas facility, and in-house installation teams anywhere in North America.
Three phases. One team. Zero handoffs.
Design & Layout
Our team of experienced engineers provides system layout, mechanical design, and controls and electrical design. We use SolidWorks® software for mechanical design and AutoCAD® for two-dimensional layouts and control enclosure design.
Before anything is built, we can prove it works: J+H offers simulation services for conveyor systems, robotic cells, automated guided vehicle systems, and more — validating throughput and layout while changes are still cheap.
Project Management & Consulting
With decades of experience in automated systems, our expertise goes to work on day one and continues through the duration of the project. We carry a large array of solutions and consider the best options for each client — not just the ones we prefer to sell.
We understand that front-end concept work is critical. A dedicated J+H project manager sees each system through the entire process, from first layout to final startup.
On-Site Installation & Support
We provide complete mechanical, electrical, controls, and engineering installation, startup, and post-installation support. Our installation teams are in-house, guided by our own project managers, and carry a wide variety of skillsets.
Because every system is fully assembled and run off in our facility first, on-site implementation is faster and more predictable — the implementation stage is critical to the success of any project, and we treat it that way.
DESIGN → SIMULATE → BUILD → RUN OFF → INSTALL → SUPPORT
Your system runs in our facility before it runs in yours
Every turnkey system is fully assembled, integrated, and run off in our Hackett, Arkansas facility — and you're invited to review and approve the working system before shipment. Our 2025 facility expansion added 75% more production space for exactly this: building and testing complete systems under one roof.
The payoff on your floor: shorter on-site startups, fewer surprises during installation, and reduced project risk anywhere in North America.
Single-source accountability, from first sketch to final startup
One Accountable Partner
No finger-pointing between designers, builders, and installers — engineering, fabrication, and installation all live under one roof.
Front-End Discipline
Simulation and concept work up front means layout and throughput decisions are validated before fabrication begins.
In-House Install Teams
Our own crews, guided by our own project managers, handle mechanical, electrical, and controls installation and startup.
Common questions about turnkey automation projects
What does "turnkey" mean at J+H?
One accountable partner from concept to startup: system layout, mechanical and controls design, project management, fabrication, full assembly and run-off in our facility, on-site installation, and post-installation support.
What design software do you use?
SolidWorks® for mechanical design and AutoCAD® for two-dimensional layouts and control enclosure design.
Can you simulate a system before it's built?
Yes — we offer simulation services for conveyor systems, robotic cells, and AGV systems, validating throughput and layout during the front-end concept phase.
Are your installation teams in-house?
Yes. Installation crews are J+H employees guided by our own project managers, covering mechanical, electrical, and controls work — the same company that engineers and builds your system installs it.
Who manages the project from start to finish?
A dedicated J+H project manager is assigned on day one and sees the system through concept, design, build, run-off, installation, and startup.
