These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Sebastian County, Arkansas, for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site.
