Industrial control systems, engineered and built in-house — from code to panel.

J+H Automation Solutions designs, programs, and fabricates complete machine control systems in Hackett, Arkansas. PLC and HMI development, control panel fabrication in our own UL® Listed panel shop, and integration with any line — for manufacturers across North America.

What We Do

Three capabilities. One in-house controls team.

01 / Design

Control System Design & Implementation

We design and implement a wide variety of machine control systems using many different platforms and software packages — and all controls engineering is done in-house. A seasoned team of controls engineers sees each project through development, coding, testing, startup, and support.

Controls engineers work side by side with our mechanical designers and project managers, so the control system is engineered as part of the machine — not bolted on afterward. The result is a complete, connected system that starts up faster and runs more reliably.

02 / Build

Control Panel Fabrication & Assembly

Every control enclosure is designed and fabricated in our own UL® Listed panel shop. Our workflow ensures a seamless transfer from engineering design to shop build, and each panel is quality checked and tested before it ships.

Because the panel shop sits under the same roof as engineering, customization isn't just possible — it's efficient. Custom enclosures, layouts, and component selections are handled without the delays of outsourced fabrication.

03 / Program

PLC & HMI Programming Capabilities

Our controls engineers develop Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and Human Machine Interface (HMI) applications for almost any application. We deploy Allen-Bradley®, Omron®, B&R®, Siemens®, and other PLC platforms.

We also offer advanced operator interface and SCADA software as a systems integrator for Inductive Automation® Ignition®, and can implement many different styles of HMIs — matched to your operators, your data needs, and your existing infrastructure.
