Pallet Bander (Legacy 7.3)

The purpose of this equipment is to take different size pallets of wheels, band them in two different directions, and transfer them to pickup area. It includes a transfer cart, roller conveyor, belt conveyor, and a turn table. The system utilizes a CompactLogix, (3) AB ACS 355 Drives communicating via Ethernet to the PLC, and a Redlion HMI.
