INVESTING IN THE NEXT GENERATION
As another school year begins, we want to recognize an incredible group of young professionals who spent their summer with J+H Automation Solutions.
This year, we welcomed a record 12 interns, ranging from high school juniors to university seniors. They didn’t just observe—they jumped in, learned quickly, worked hard, and contributed across nearly every part of our operation.
From Fabrication, Engineering, Field Installation, Controls, Parts Support, Procurement, and our Control Panel Shop, they gained firsthand experience in what it takes to design, build, install, and support real-world automation systems.
Along the way, they developed technical knowledge, hands-on equipment-building skills, safety experience, software and controls experience, and—just as importantly—an understanding of teamwork and what it means to be a great coworker.
Some will continue working with J+H throughout the school year, while others return to their studies or pursue their next opportunity. Wherever their paths lead, we're proud of the impact they made here.
