Throwback Thursday: Jervis B. Webb Inverted Unibilt Evacuation Loop | Refrigeration Unit Manufacturing Solutions (Legacy 5.1)

From our Legacy Project Portfolio: We provided a major appliance manufacturer with a turnkey solution for evacuating refrigeration units while maintaining a continuously moving assembly process. The heart of the system is a Jervis B. Webb Unibilt loop in an inverted configuration. The carriers on the loop contain the evacuation pumps which are electrified by a conductor bar. The loop is situated alongside the continuously moving assembly line allowing the product to be evacuated at line speed. Once the product is evacuated, the pumps are disconnected and return to the beginning of the loop and repeat the process.
