They required five new, identical machines, but with a crucial design constraint: any maintenance or roller changeovers had to be fast and simple to keep their production lines running at peak efficiency.

The J+H Automation team went beyond the basic requirements to engineer a truly maintenance-focused solution. We designed and fabricated five custom designed and manufactured machines from the ground up. The core of the design is a modular roller and drive motor assembly. This entire unit can be removed from the tank and replaced in minutes, rather than hours, for maintenance or cleaning. Our in-house team managed the entire project lifecycle, from Solid Works modeling and control system design to the complete mechanical and electrical fabrication of all five machines.
