🔧 Control Panel Upgrade for Enhanced Performance & Reliability (Legacy 1.3)

This project involved replacing an existing control panel and upgrading the hardware components to improve efficiency and durability. Given the washdown-rated environment, we installed a new Saginaw NEMA 4X stainless steel panel for superior protection.

A key challenge was the lack of existing electrical schematics. To address this, our electrical designer visited the customer’s site to gather critical data and recreate accurate schematics using AutoCAD Electrical.

🔹 Key Features of the New Panel:
Allen-Bradley PowerFlex 525 Variable Frequency Drives for optimized motor control
Allen-Bradley HMI mounted in a Saginaw NEMA 4X stainless steel consolet for seamless operation
Fully re-terminated wiring for a smooth transition

Once the panel was built, J+H completed the installation over a weekend, minimizing downtime. Our team also provided onsite startup support, ensuring a seamless integration. The customer received a full set of final electrical schematics, ensuring long-term reliability and maintenance efficiency.
