The challenge was to significantly increase production of their product. This required a complete overhaul of their existing packaging lines, including the removal of old equipment and the installation of new machinery to support higher throughput.

J+H Automation designed and executed a full turnkey solution. We engineered and installed new conveyor systems, including straight running and spiral conveyors to manage product flow to new customer-supplied packaging equipment. Our team handled the relocation and installation of all new machinery, including flipper/stackers, wrappers,
and case packers. The entire system was tied together with a comprehensive controls package, which included modifying the existing PLC and HMI to accommodate the new layout. We also integrated new Allen-Bradley Powerflex 525 Variable Frequency Drives and other critical control components.

This project resulted in a successful expansion of their packaging line, preparing them to meet future production demands.
